Chuo cha Madini Shinyanga (ESIS), kinawatangazia wananchi wote wenye sifa nafasi ya ajira ya Mkufunzi wa Sayansi Asilia 01 (Natural Sciences-Tutor). Hivyo wahitimu wote kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na serikali wanatangaziwa kutuma maombi ya kazi kuanzia tarehe 11 Disemba, 2023 hadi 29 Disemba 2023. Nafasi iliyopo ni kwa wahitimu kuanzia elimu ya shahada ya kwanza na kuendelea.
1.0 MASHARTI YA JUMLA YA WAOMBAJI
1.1 Nafasi ya Mkufunzi wa Sayansi Asili 01 (Natural Sciences-Tutor).
i. Awe na Elimu kuanzia ngazi ya shahada, katika fani ya elimu masomo ya fizikia, kemia na hesabu au taaluma nyingne zihusianazo na sayansi asilia.
ii. Awe na vyeti kamili kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa na serikali katika mafunzo ya fani aliyosomea (Cheti cha kidato cha nne, sita pamoja na cheti cha Taaluma ya fani aliyosoma).
iii. Asiwe Mwajiriwa wa Serikali au Taasisi nyingine;
iv. Awe hajawahi kufukuzwa, kuacha kazi au kupatikana na hatia ya kosa la jinai;
v. Awe na Namba ya Kitambulisho cha Taifa (NIDA) kwa raia wa Tanzania; na
vi. Aambatanishe nakala ya cheti cha kuzaliwa.
2.0 MAMBO MUHIMU YA KUZINGATIA KWA WAOMBAJI WOTE
i. Waombaji wote wawe tayari kufanya kazi zingine watakazopangiwa;
ii. Waombaji wote wahakikishe wanatuma fomu za maombi na kuambatanisha nyaraka zote muhimu;
iii. Maombi ya ajira ni bure.

Duty station: Shinyanga, Tanzania
Terms of Service: Two (2) years contract renewable
Job description
The job holder will provide warden services to an organization by providing students guidance and counselling services, coordinating student’s cultural, recreational and student’s sport activities, proper allocation of students in hostel as well as providing welfares to ESIS students.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Assist the Dean of students in student’s counselling and guidance in one’s respective Hall of Residence
? Coordinates academic advice for students in his/her respective Hall of Residence in collaboration with academic advisors
? Coordinate student’s cultural, recreational and sports activities in his/her Hall of Residence
? Serves as an advisor to student’s government at the Hall of Residence level and attends meetings of the Health Committee and the Hall Assembly
? Ensures proper allocation of students in hostels and availability of necessary amenities and security of students
? Issues permits to students who may experience emergencies that need absences from the Campus for some days
? Takes care of students’ welfare and ensures that the sicks are urgently treated and taken care of satisfactorily
? Performs any other duties as may be assigned by one’s reporting officer.
Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor degree in Education with a bias in education Psychology or diploma/degree in Social Welfare or Community development.
